  1. DIP: Electroluminescent active backlighting with
    low consumption

  2. Compass: Cifers, letters and scale are printed with
    a high efficiency photoluminescent ink. Exposure
    for 2-3 min to intense light 9sun or halogen light)
    yields about 6 hours or persistent luminescence. A
    white bearing line is drawn withing the platform's
    axis.
